Sinusitis Kadha (Decoction): (for internal use only)

Presentation	200 gms of plastic bag pack.
Ingredietns	Bharangi, Musta, Parpatak, Dhanyak, Sunthi, Bhunimba, Kushtha, Brihati & Kantakari
Directions for use	Take about Half Cup (40-60 ml) of freshly prepared decoction one time a day, preferably during early morning hours before taking breakfast. Method for preparing the herbal decoction- Take around two tablespoonful of Sinusitis Kadha (Decoction) and mix it well with around two cups of water (Around 150 ml water) in the evening hours. Keep the mixture for whole night. The very next morning, boil this mixture on light to medium flame. Shake it well during boiling. Gradually the water will start to get evaporating. When around half cup of water remains in the mixture during boiling, take it down. Strain the liquid into a glass or ceramic container using a sieve or a cloth such as a jelly bag or muslin cloth. Drink the freshly prepared liquid decoction after 4-5 minutes with adding of some Jaggery.

SBO Nasal Drops: (for Nasal drops)

Presentation	50 ml of bottle pack.
Ingredietns	Bringraj, Erand, Tagar, Shatahwa, Jivanti, Rasna, Saindhav, Vidang, Yashtimadhu and Sunthi, Processed in: Goat milk and Sesame Oil.
Directions for use	You should sleep in the bed in supine position and then he should administer three drops of this nasal oil in your each nostril directly with the help of dropper, at least 2 times a day during empty stomach or before taking meal. Then you should not move for 4-5 minutes. Gradually the nasal drops are coming in your throat and the person is feeling of slight oily sensation/ taste in your throat. Then you should get up and spit it out by mouth.
Usage	This nasal drops cleaning up the nasal congestion permanently and clears the passage of respiration.
Note	If possible, take hot fomentation on the face by water vaporiser before administering the Nasal drops.

Advice:
* How to take hot fomentation-
Take hot fomentation on the face with Water Vaporizer with adding of slight ‘Vicks Balm’ before administer the SBO Nasal Drops in each nostril, preferably twice a day.
** Use any of these disposable face masks when you passing through the polluted area, fume or dust. This will prevent you from irritation of the nasal membrane.
